Event and Wedding personal training in London
Congratulations on the forthcoming nuptials – it will be one of the best, most exciting days of your ( and your partner’s) lives.
Whether a special event such a reunion, anniversary, holiday or wedding day you want to look your very best, shave off those pounds and look fitter, younger, glowing and full of energy (to dance the night away).
I incorporate combination high intensity strength training for a full body work out and toning up with some more traditional inner core Pilates based principles. We do this to see results fast and keep it fun! And you’ll notice your energy levels rocket. I recommend to start training 3-6 months before your special event to see best, sustainable results. I can also help devise a nutrition plan and, should you need any styling tips, I’m your girl!
I love seeing my brides totally shine on their wedding day, knowing that through hard work and perseverance they look and feel like a million dollars. My goal, should you want to continue with your personal fitness training, is to help keep you trim, healthy and happy for as long as you need my help ‘getting you on the right track’ for long term results.
And as I know your busy preparing for your big day or special event, my hours work around yours for complete convenience. I’m happy to come to your home, workplace or, weather permitting, to train in your favourite outdoor space.

I train clients and organise workshops in Clapham, Chiswick, Richmond, Putney, Wimbledon, Parsons Green, Fulham, Wandsworth, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Kensington, Shepherds Bush, Mayfair, Holland Park in peoples homes, parks, studios and workplace.
I am happy to travel to close areas (as mobile on the bike!) and cater to small groups too. My clients range from busy professionals to people who have flexible hours or are making the choice to change
